Alain began working with Concessions International in 2017 where he first managed Hartsfield Jackson International Airport operations. He began managing the east coast then was promoted and managed the entire portfolio. Prior to coming to Concessions, Alain managed food and beverage operations, from local bistros to Michelin Star restaurants globally, including luxury hotel collections such as InterContinental, St. Regis, Four Seasons, and Ritz Carlton. He has worked with many renowned Chefs as well as owning/managing his own operations. Along with developing his employees, guest satisfaction is Alain’s top priority.
