Bobby’s Burger Palace Coming to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay opens first Atlanta restaurant

ATLANTA, GA (October 23, 2018)

Bobby’s Burger Palace and Concessions International (CI) are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Bobby’s Burger Palace today at 11 a.m. on Concourse B, Gate 26, in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The fast casual concept, created by acclaimed Chef Bobby Flay, is a joint venture between CI and H&H Hospitality.

The menu at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport location, the first Bobby’s Burger Palace to open in Georgia, features a selection of gourmet burgers, milkshakes and addictive sides, including hand-cut fries, sweet potato fries and buttermilk onion rings. Some of the burger favorites include the signature Crunchburger topped with American cheese and potato chips; the Green Chili Cheeseburger with Queso sauce, roasted green chilies and pickled red onions; and the Brunch Burger, which features a fried egg, bacon and American cheese. All burgers can be prepared with Certified Angus Beef, ground turkey, or as a chicken breast sandwich. The menu also offers a Veggie Burger, Griddled Cheese sandwich and Chopped Crunch Salad for non-meat eaters.

“I created Bobby’s Burger Palace with the hope of bringing a quality and affordable burger to everyone. With our newest location at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, I’m thrilled to feed people from around the world as they make their way through the busiest airport on earth” says Bobby Flay.

A grand opening is planned for October and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with CI’s CEO Donata Russell Ross, Randy Hazelton, CEO of H&H Hospitality and city of Atlanta and airport officials. Travelers will be able to enjoy delicious food samples, live music, and giveaways.

Bobby’s Burger Palace makes an immediate impression with its eye-catching, signature orange, red and bold colors, serpentine lighting and a variety of seating options, providing both energy and comfort to all guests. The atmosphere caters to a variety of travelers’ needs, offering a convenient to-go counter, breakfast, a full bar, and seating in the dining area for a quick meal before a flight.

“Bobby Flay is a restaurant icon and we are very pleased to bring his brand to guests dining at Hartsfield-Jackson,” says Donata Russell Ross, CI’s Chief Executive Officer. “Bobby puts his own unique spin on burgers at Bobby’s Burger Palace and we can’t wait for travelers to try his gourmet burgers while traveling through Atlanta.”

The Grand Opening will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with award-winning celebrity Chef Bobby Flay and Bobby’s Burger Palace Managing Partner Laurence Kretchmer, alongside CI’s Operating Partner Charles Bluemle, and city of Atlanta and airport officials. Guests will be able to dine at Bobby’s Burger Palace, enjoy live music, giveaways, and meet Bobby. Signed copies of Burger Fries & Shakes, Flay’s popular cookbook that features a number of Bobby’s Burger Palace recipes, will be available for purchase.
